Fellowship Application Requirements

Minimum qualifications for fellowship consideration:

• Currently enrolled or concurrently admitted to the MSEN graduate program
• Domestic Student

Required Documentation:

Interested applicants must submit all application materials using the online application (click the “apply for fellowship” button below to access the online application).

• Statement of purpose (less than 500 words): Describe your interest in the traineeship program and how it will facilitate your career goals.
• 3 Letters of recommendation from professionals that have direct knowledge of your ability to learn and direct knowledge of your work characteristics. (Note: 1 reference from current advisor acknowledging your participation in the program)
  • Letters of recommendations can also be sent separately to our Program Coordinator, Julia Kohanek (jkohanek@uark.edu) to prevent student viewing. Please include “NRT 2D” and students name in the subject heading.
• Transcript (All undergraduate and graduate institutions attended)
  • Unofficial transcripts downloaded from your university website with institutional identification are allowed.

Due November 15 for spring fellowships and June 1 for fall fellowships every year. Late applications will be considered if positions are still available.
